Your claim for difference in pay between lst Lt. and Capt. from June 12 to Oct. 8, 1918, as lst Lieut. , 129th F. A., has been examined and DISALLOWED by certificate No. 720285, dated Feb. 16, 1920 , for the following-named reasons, viz: Officer did not accept the commission of Captain until Oct. 8, 1918, and is not, therefore, entitled to the pay of the higher rank until acceptance.
