Action. In the foregoing case of Louis D. Gibson, Private, Company G, 137 th infantry, the sentence of the court is considered inadequate. The reviewing authority under the circumstances cannot adopt the recommend ation for clemency made by members of the court who tried the accused. Because of such recommendation the case is not returned for a re- vision of the sentence, The sentence is approved and will be duly executed. The Military Prison Camp, ST. SULPICE, France, A.P.O. 705, is designated as the place of confinement whore the prisoner wi 11 be sent under guard. By Command of Major General Traub: H. S.
