Be it remembered that at the regular September term of the Circuit court of Jackson County, on the 18th day of said month, the same being the 9th day of said term, among other the following proceedings were had and entered of record, to-wit: William M.Hill, - Plaintiff Vs. No.18283 ) The unknown heirs of Smallwood V.Noland, ) ) deceased, Defendants. ) Now on this day this cause coming on to be heard and plaintiff shows to the satisfaction of the Court here that he had made due and proper publication of notice to defendants herein, and that the same had been duly and legally summoned, this cause coming on for hearing, said defendants come not but make default.
