court of Jackson County, on the 18th day of said month, the same being the
9th day of said term, among other the following proceedings were had and
entered of record, to-wit:

Now on this day this cause coming on to be heard and plaintiff
shows to the satisfaction of the Court here that he had made due and
proper publication of notice to defendants herein, and that the same had
been duly and legally summoned, this cause coming on for hearing, said
defendants come not but make default. The cause being submitted to
the court here upon the petition and proof the Court finds that the said
william Hill is in the possession and owner of the following lands in
JacksonCCounty, Missouri, to-wit:
The North Nineteen (19) acres of the South East quarter of the North
West quarter of Section Eight (8), Township Forty nine (49), Range Thirty
Two (32), and that the said defendants have no interest or estate therein.
