CABINET MEETING, FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 1947

THE PRESIDENT
To turn meeting over to Commerce for discussion of Congressional
program. It is his intention to have coordination of Cabinet members
in preparing testimony for Congressional Committees on Interim Aid,
ERP and also on anti-inflationary measures.
Invited Cabinet to join him after next meeting to visit Freedom
Train.
It should be kept in mind that Saturday or Monday are best days
for release of reports - not on Sunday - when we havealready made 5 re-
leases on major subjects.
HARRIMAN
Outlined views as to how coordination of Cabinet could be achieved
in presenting support of President's program with the special session.
ANDERSON
Is due to testify at 2 PM today.
