Tuttle (Dr. Weigle wrote the President that for about ten years major e osperative agencies of Protestant and Eastern Orthodox churches in this country have been working toward closer coordination of their work and have now reached point where they are planning to merge eight national agencies in one organization and would like to secure federal charter.
