Complains that the last census omitted about 1500 names but upon his protest the Census/ Supervisor admitted missing only 235 peope. Says this is not the case and Dist. Suprv., Mr. 7 Ditty, is reluctant to show that his Federal Census takers made such a blunder. Declares this is a most serious prob- lem to city as this causes them to revert to 5th class.P.0.; eliminates their Bd. of Public Works, office of City Judge, police force and others.
