In September of last year the PRAVDA published
prominently the following announcement of the Georgiev
Government in Bulgaria: "All political freedoms and
rights are restored. Freedom of speech, assembly and
organization are guaranteed - all extraordinary and anti-
national laws are also repealed - all other (non-Fascist)
organs of the public press will enjoy complete freedom.
The censorship is lifted - the right of free movement in
culture
all directions is established"
