On 30 October, U.N. aircraft under FEAF control flew 431 sorties,\nincluding 141 combat, 242 transport, 5 reconnaissance, and 42 T-6 fighter-\ncontrol. The fighter-bomber effort included 40 close support sorties to\nROK Forces, 55 to the U. S. I Corps, and 37 to the U.S. X Corps. (FEAF)\n(SECRET)\ng. FEAF Combat Cargo Command on 30 October airlifted 1,214 tons\ninto Korea, including 832 tons to Pyongyang, 77 tons to Wonsan, and 220 tons\nto Sinanju. On 1 November, 25 B=29's will be dispatched to attack marshalling\nyards and communications targets in the Chongjin and Kanggye areas; also\nfourteen light bombers, of the 43 combat-ready, and 241 fighters, of the 248\ncombat-ready, will be employed.
