NOMINATION SPEECH
Attached is a first draft, with (separately) the four
alternative endings, one for each possible nominee.
I let these four alternative endings run on a bit longer
than you'll probably want, on the theory that you've probably
got a pretty good idea of what kind of things you want to say
about whoever you pick, that you'll be working that part over
pretty carefully yourself, and this gives you a little more
material to choose from and work with.
It was not possible this evening to thoroughly check all
the facts in the four endings, SO that these would still be
subject to final fact-check tomorrow.
