(Prior to arriving at the Capitol, the Soviet Delegation will
lunch at the Nut Tree. They will be hosted by officials of the
University of California, Davis. Following their luncheon, they
will be transported by limousine to the west steps of the capitol.)
3:00 p.m. - Governor Reagan will meet the Soviet Delegation on the
west steps of the Capitol. Brief greetings and intro-
ductory remarks.
3:05 p.m. - Tour of the Capitol. Tour will include stops in the
Rotunda, both chambers of the legislature and will

3:35 p.m. - Private meeting between the Governor and the Soviet
Delegation. (Note: This is a specific request of
the Delegation.) Exchange of gifts between the
