Dear Sir:
Please take notice that a Special Meeting
of the Board of Directors of the United States Radium
Corporation will be held at its office at 535 Pearl
Street, in the Borough of Manhattan, City and State of
New York, on the 8th day of December, 1927, at 12 o'clock
noon of that day, for the purpose of taking action on such
