I acknowl edge receipt of Mr. Stryker's
letter of the 14th instent in which he suggests a
conference for the purpose of considering the au-
ditional preparation necessery for the final hearing.
I
shall be glad to confer as soon as prac-
ticable,
Mr. Lee telephoned me on the 19th instant
stating that Mr. Barker had e business trip to nake.
He was aware of the fact that the final hearing has
been continued over from April a to April 25, 26 and
27. I informed Mr. Lee that I saw no objection to
Mr. Barker's making his trip during the latter part
of this week. Upon his return I suggest that we con-
for. If Mr. Lee will advise ne of his return I shall
be pleased to make arrengements for the conference.
