May 8th,1928. Mr. Josiah Stryker, c/o Lindabury, Depua & Faulks, 763 Broad Street, Newark, N.J. Re: Treyer et al vs. U S.Radium Corp. #3486-LDF Dear Mr. Stryker: Answering your letter of liay 3rd, with copy of your letter to lir. Markley: We think your suggestion a very good one that the investigation, particularly with regard to Mrs. Hussman, be oon- tinued. While Mr. Fort has naturally been somewhat upset because his lawyer was not kept fully informed as to developments regarding these case, there is no doubt but what he will give us his fullest cooperation in the way of information, etc, on lrs. Hussman, if we so desire it. Should the days specified the latter part of this month for the hearing stand, instead of those assigned in September, we certainly will be obliged to get busy at once on the final preparations of the defense. Very truly yours, President. CBLee :RH
