115-70
Zer blood pressure SAken 1a 110-70/and 110-65. This ie a
low asthenic preseura, but does not redium polsoning.
Her moons are a fair golor, na are hor fingera tips, and 1
do not anticipate that any 01000 pioture will show a marked anenia.
If, anything. it will be only a relative secondary anemia, not of a
marked type. Ner color and expression are good, ahe having no auxious
look. der spine bas normal function, there are no sesses or irregulari-
ties to be felt or seen, no deformity noted, no peri-apinal apasm,
twisting and pending motions normal, without any complaint of pain.
Looking in ner mouth, I found the lowor three posterior teeth on the
right lower jaw show erosion, more particularly on their external aur-
face, the guns are slightly retracted, the two posterior loft lower
tosth show a like erosion, The right upper jaw, three three posterior
teeth ehow this saite eroeion on the external aurfage. The right central
incisor, the upper Jaw, is out, and the latteral shows erosion. The
lower right contral nnd lateral incigor are eroded on their external
surfaces, the latteral incisor being bent forward and loose. There ie
no euspicion of erosion of the Jaw in this GABO, from exemination,
there boing no sinuses, no jay-bone to be seen through the gum.
There
are no irregularities to be felt in oither the upper or lower jaw, the
outline of the Jaw being apparently normal. There are no sender aress,
excepting in the left upper Jaw just in front of the onr. the complaine
of tenderness on pressuro, but there is no sign in this region of any
bone involvement from examination ABide from the teeth condition,
thie woman, from exaination, does not ahow any sign of
radium poisoning from examination. The erosion of the teeth na found
conlo come from may reasone other than radium Involvement. An X-rey
of her teeth which wns shown ma by hor lauyez and takon by Dr. Pields,
the Dentist, a report of which he made under the enption of Typical
radium jaw", shows a slight eyetie formation in placea, but no renl
erosion of the jaw. in my opinion. I have been holding this report,
awaiting the blood count in this anse, but am gending it forward in that
it bas not resobed ne, without the help of the blood pieture.
