LINDABURY EMIL HERRIGEL DEG 131929 December 12, 1929 United States Radium Corporation 535 Pearl Street New York City Gentlemen: Please be advised that we have been retained by Doctor Edward W. Blakely, who has rendered medical services to A. Larice and Q. McDonald, both of whom were formerly employed by the United States Radium Corporation. It is our understanding that a settlement was made with both of these parties whereby they were to receive a flat sum of $10,000, the sum of $600.00 a year during their lifetime, and whereby they were also to have all bills for medical services paid.
