Dr. R. B, Moore,
Purdue University,
School of Science,
Lafayette, Ind.
Dear Dr. Moore:
This will acknowledge receipt of your
letter of January 2nd, and since I wired you, under date
of January 2nd, there have been some changes made in the
date for trial of the Canfield case. As the matter
now
stands this case will cone up on march 10th.
Dr. bind will not be available until the
13th of March, but it is the feeling of our counsel that
between the 13th and 15th they will be able to take such
testimony as they may desire from him. In the meantime
our counsel desires to have a conference with you, Dr. Lind
and Dr. solluct on January 17th, and I presume that this will
fit in with your plans, inasmuch as you expect to be in
New York around that date. We can then determine just
what time would be satisfactory for you to come on to the
trial proper.
Anticipating the pleasure of seeing you in
the near future, I am
Sincerely yours,
Vice President.
