Dear ir. Smith:
I have your letter of November 4th, together
with copy of the Opinion handed down in the New Jersey Court
of Errors and Appeals in the matter of Weinstein VS Blanchard.
This decision certainly seems to cover the question
of the Statute of Liminations as applied in the radium cases,
and I think it is a most fortunate break for us.
I also recall very distinctly that your position
all along, as relates to the Statute of Limitations, has been in
line with this decision, and I want to congratulate you on
finally having your position sustained.
