Mr. Rdwin F. Smith,
%Edwards, Snith & Dazson,
n Bxchange Place,
Jorsey City, N.J.
Dear Smith:
With reference to our convorsation today, I
would indeed consider it a personal fovor if you could
at an early date agree to the tirial date for the hearing
of our suit against the Insurance Compenies. Studer
of McCartor de English, has signed the stipulation on be-
half of the American Mutual Liability Insurence Company,
and we are all "sot to go" just as soon as a convenient
trial date can be arranged.
As I told you, our Directors are riding the
very dickens out of Barker and me on account of the slow
manner in which this suit has moved, and I em counting on
you to help me show the boys some real speed.
Cordially yours,
Cales: DE
President
