Dear Mr. Markley:
We are enclosing herewith a copy of Notice to
Produce in above case, which you sent to us under date of
Novomber 10th. Te are sending along an extra copy, as we
thought it might be needed.
I fear it will be rather difficult to produce
many of the things which Mr. Unger aske for. As a matter
of fact, there was no correspondence or any thought of danger
during the years 1917 and 1918, so far as our knowledge goes,
and most of our old files were destroyed many years ago. now-
ever, we will dig out shatever no can and have it available.
