Room 110 New Chomistry Bldg.,
Columbia, Missouri.
Dear Dr. Schlundts
With reference to the LaPorte case against
the United States Radium Corp., we wish to confirm our
previous correspondence to the effect that this case has
been set down for trial June 4th, and every indication at
the moment is that shall go to trial on that date.
In discussing the time which you should
appear, our attorneys feel you ahould be available on
June 4th, as it is quite likely that our attorneys would
like to have a tather detailed conference with you on that
evening sith reference to the type of information wo which
you could testify.
I an glad to herewith enclose a questionnaire
giving you a general idea as to the type of information which
we desire to obtain from you, but which you mist appreciate,
will be considerably augmented as the date for trial approaches.
With kind regards, I am,
Very truly yours,
