Dear Dr. Failla:
In connection with the above case, we beg to advise
that the date for trial of this case has been definitely set
for November 26, 1934.
It will probably require the week of November 26th
for the plaintiff to put in their side of the case, and our
side we anticipate will be reached on or about December 3rd.
We trust that you will be available at that time, and that we
can call upon you by telephone. lie hope to be able to give
you at least a day's notice and would expect to use you some
time during the week of December 3rd. I will appreciate your
advising ne as to your availability during this period.
We are preparing certain data which will serve as a
background to enable you to get the perspective of what we will
try to develop from you as a witness. This will go forward the
latter part of this week.
