Mr. H. H. Barker,
U. S. Radium Corporation,
535 Pearl Street,
New York, N. Y.
Dear Mr. Barker:
I have your letter of May 16. I expect to be able
to attend the conference which you mention on the evening of
Monday, June 4.
If I am correct in assuming that the court sessions
and places of conference will again be in Newark, do you think that
it would be more convenient for me to stay in Newark? If you
agree, would you be kind enough to reserve a room with bath
at the most convenient hotel in Newark and I will not then have
the trouble of going back and forth to New York,a I expect

to arrive on the Pennsylvania.
I have looked over the questions with a great deal
of interest and have noted those that I could not answer without
refreshing my memory and will look these points up before coming
on. Some of the information you will no doubt have more readily
at hand. I hope it will be available upon my arrival.
With best regards,
Sincerely yours,
