Dear Dr. Schlundt:
Te are herewith enclosing check to cover balance
due account of your expenses to New York for deposition taken
July 18, and also a cheek for 196 radio-
actives 83 per agreements
We are endeavoring to have the date for the
LaPorte case advanced to October 15 but up to the present time
have been unable to get confiration by the Judge. I don't
believe there is any disposition on the part of our attorneys
to take any more depositions prior to the actual hearing. You
may, therefore, go to Colorado with a clear uind so far as this
phase of your activity is concerned.
