Between 1982 and 1998 the ATF reported 196 incidents of arson and bombing nationwide. This
is an average of 12.25 per year
Dr. David Gunn was murdered in 1993 in Pensacola, Florida.
In 1993 Dr. George Tiller was the victim of an attempted murder in Wichita, Kansas.
In 1994 Dr. John Britton and his escort were killed in Pensacola, Florida.
In 1995 2 abortion clinic employees were killed in Brookline, Massachusetts.
In 1998 a Birmingham off-duty police officer was killed in a bombing of the clinic he was
guarding.
Dr. Barnett Slepian was killed in upstate New York in 1998.
