Dear Mr. Lee, I am enclosing herewith copy of Notice to Produce served yesterday in the case of Quinta McDonald VS. United States Radium Corporation. A similar notice was served in each of the other cases. I would suggest that you locate at once all of the correspondence, if any, between your Corporation and Dr. Hoffman, between your Corporation and the Consumers' League or Miss Wiley and between your Corporation and the Labor De- partment or the Commissioner. I do not know whether you have secured the return of the affidavits mentioned in the Notice. With regard to your corporate books and records Mr. Berry said that he desired particularly the minutes of the Directors' meetings. As suggested to you yesterday, it would be well for you to examine the minutes of the Directors' meetings to see if they contain any information of any value in this case.
