Dr. S. C. Lind,
School of Chemistry,
University of Winnesota,
Minneapolis.
Dear Dr. Lind:
n
Just a line to advise you that Judgo Forman has finally
handed. dowm his decision in the Laporte case, in which he dis-
misses the bill. In other words, he tells Mr. Emerglick that
there was no fraud, either constructive or actual practiced
against Mrs. Laporte,
Naturally we are very gratified by the decision, as feel
that it will mean the cessation of litigation by former employees,
There is always the possibility of some new layyer being willing
to go through the whole thing, but it is rather doubtful, in-as-
nuch as there is considerable time. as well as expense attached
to it.
With the season's greetings and kindest regaris, I am,
Sincerely yours,
H. H. Barker
