" Add from - marled on page 9 where I have done some scratching out put a period after the word -- forces as I have indicated -- withdrawing all forces. And then the next paragraph will read as follows: I chose instead to change American policy on both the negotiating front and the battlefront. And then go on -- in order to end the war
