BACKGROUND:
The 1974 Young Republican Leadership Conference is a four-day
program designed for those Young Republicans who want to develop
strong and effective Republican organizations and those interested
in proven campaign management techniques. The Conference will
provide in-depth analyses of domestic and foreign policy issues,
which will be discussed in general sessions, seminars, and during
special addresses by such luminaries as the Vice President, Senator
Thurmond, Senator Buckley, Senator Goldwater, Senator Baker,
Senator McClure and Chairman Bush.
It is expected that approximately 500 members of the Young Republican
National Federation will be attending the 1974 Leadership Conference.
