cision against the govt in coal case.
BRANNAN
Excise taxes are having great impact on retailers and manu-
facturers.
SNYDER
It will take about 2 months to get action on excise in Con-
gress.
TOBIN
Would like to have President consider commission to study
migrant labor - particularly Mexican labor.
WHITNEY
Business indications for the next few months look optimistic.
Unemployment now is too high to be healthy - about 4,700,000 people.
We should start planning to do something to offset this figure.
